Natura Pelvic Health & Physical Therapy is not contracted with any health insurance companies. This allows us to provide high quality, individualized treatment plans, and allows you flexibility and control over the care your receive. Depending on your particular insurance plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement for some or all of your care. We will provide you with a detailed invoice (superbill) for each session that contains all the required information to submit for reimbursement. Please see the insurance worksheet in the FAQ section.

Standard Pricing

New Client Initial Evaluation (60-90min) $195

1 Hour Treatment Session $170

3 Session New Mom Package:

Prenatal or Post-Partum Package for New Clients

Initial Evaluation plus (2) 1-Hour Sessions $395

4 Session Packages for Current Clients:

4 Weekly Sessions $140/Session

4 Biweekly Sessions $150/Session

4 Monthly Sessions $160/Session
